Tasting Notes
Color: Deeper golden hue, but the cooler, high-quality sites of the North Coast show a "shimmering" and bright appearance.
Aroma: The nose has pretty notes of Jasmine and Lemon Blossom.
Palate: Key Lime, Lemon, and Limestone. The fruits and the mineral notes are in perfect balance, and the wine has a lovely texture.
Texture: The 10-month barrel aging transforms the wine's natural acidity into a softer, creamier mouthfeel.
Finish: The bright acidity makes it refreshing on its own and also a beautiful compliment to fresh seafood.

Story
The wild boar (cinghiale) is the global nemesis of winemakers — an unstoppable force with a nose for ripening fruit and no respect for fences or toil. They can decimate a vineyard in one night, leaving destruction in their wake. In California, as in Italy, they’re a symbol of nature’s raw power and the grit it takes to make great wine. Cinghiale Americano is our homage to that untamed spirit — bold, unapologetic, and deeply rooted in the land it comes from.
